Oz Direct offers exclusive mortgage investments to Wholesale investors under its AFSL. 

All investment opportunities are available for Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF), companies, trusts and individuals. 

Oz Direct understands credit risk and greatly values the need to ensure investor funds are managed with the utmost integrity and professionalism at all times. 

Requirements to classify as a Wholesale Investor

One of the following criteria must be met in order to classify as a Wholesale Investor:

  • Invest $500,000 or more for your first mortgage investment in the fund; or
  • Provide an acceptable qualified accountant’s certificate, with an issue date of less than two (2) years, confirming that one of the following criteria is achieved:
  1. You have net assets of $2.50M or more; or
  2. You have a gross income of $250,000 or more for the last two (2) financial years.

A Guide for Prospective Investors

  • Contact us via phone or email to request your Information Memorandum (“IM”)
  • Read in full and consider the IM
  • Consider your personal circumstances and seek professional advice
  • Complete the Registration Form with the IM to become a member of the fund
  • Oz Direct will provide you with a Syndicate Information Memorandum as each new investment opportunity becomes available 
  • To proceed with an investment, complete the Application Form within the Syndicate IM
  • Oz Direct will provide you with trust account details to arrange a funds transfer once the mortgage settlement date is arranged

 

Additionally, the CEO & Managing Director is available via phone or email should you wish to discuss any specifics of prospective Mortgage Investments or have queries on existing investments.
